Gym owner arrested again for violating Broward COVID-19 rules

For the third time in less than two weeks, Michael Ryan Carnevale, 31, has been arrested for operating his Fitness1440 gym without requiring customers to wear masks in accordance with Broward County’s emergency order to combat COVID-19.
