A felon drove erratically through their Fort Lauderdale neighborhood on the morning of May 16, slewing to a halt partially across the driveway of a home. Scared residents saw the driver passed out and shirtless. Beside him was a Glock, and there were six spent shell casings in the car as well as two live bullets. Cops let the driver go free.
