U.S. Supreme Court asked to allow former felons to vote, despite fines and fees, while case continues

Wednesday’s Supreme Court filing, submitted to Justice Clarence Thomas for procedural reasons, urges the court to allow Hinkle’s order to go into effect allowing former felons with an inability to pay fines and fees to be able to vote.
