Man viciously beat two women at an IHOP, causing ‘permanent disfigurement’ in one of the victims, cops say

The attack occurred around 1:45 am. on Nov. 3 at the IHOP at 516 North State Road 7 in Royal Palm Beach. The suspect is seen in security camera footage wearing an orange hoodie and was reported to have fled in a white Mazda four-door.
